Our team will guide you from the initial 3D rendering and sampling, through an original sample, to the mass production of your desired textile. We will work with you to tailor the production to your specific needs and schedule it at one of our numerous production facilities located worldwide. Textile productions are quite complex to develop, and we recommend aiming for a minimum order quantity of 300-500 pieces. We can develop and present patterns to you in our in-house sampling studio in Munich, Germany. After approval, we will provide the digital pattern directly to production, ensuring a solid result in the first sampling stage.
Textile production process
At the start of every textile production project, we work together to develop a concept based on your ideas. Using all the information gathered, we select the most suitable textile manufacturer to ensure the optimal technical implementation of your textiles. In the next step, if necessary, we create a preliminary 3D rendering that shows the garment’s design and simultaneously provides a digital pattern that can be directly transferred to the production facility without any gaps. We then develop a prototype for quality and design approval. Once all textile requirements are met, we initiate production. Depending on the production volume and the chosen textile manufacturer, you can expect delivery times of 2-3 months for a textile production project.

Use Case IQOS – an example of a body-worn transport solution
In this example, we developed a transport case for e-cigarettes that can be worn like a shoulder bag. The pattern was created in-house, from the digital design to the prototype. After consultation with the user, a final production pattern file was developed, which served as the basis for production.
