When it comes to fair trade and organic production, we definitely don't want to do without Continental's textiles. The variety of fair produced products and different cuts of Continental makes it one of our top brands, which we gladly and convinced recommend to our customers.

Continental Clothing is a member of the Fear Wear Foundation and of course you can find all the desired certificates like GOTS, PETA, and their own product lines that deal with the issue. Their Earth Positive products are 100% organic, vegan and GOTS certified. Also their Salvage product line is made from 100% recycled PET and organic cotton.

Overview of certificates

GOTS

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is a world-leading and widely recognized standard for the processing of organically produced natural fibers. It is one of the most important textile certifications and has very precise and strict compliance criteria, which make it a very high standard.

PETA

The PETA certificate confirms that no animal testing of ingredients, formulations, or other finished products was conducted or commissioned at any stage of the process. The seal guarantees that no animals were harmed during production.

OEKO -TEX

The OEKO-TEX Standard 100 assures that no harmful chemical substances are used in the production of the textiles. It also certifies the restriction of lead content in dyes and the absence of untested or not yet banned substances.

FAIRTRADE

FAIRTRADE guarantees that all producers of a product receive a fair minimum price during the manufacturing process, as set by the Fair Trade organization. This ensures that no exploitation occurs during production. It also seeks to establish a long-term partnership between traders and producers.
